Prior to DIH, Jason was Global Senior VP at Cardinal Health and President of Asia, where he led its global strategic sourcing initiatives & Asia-wide businesses & operations. Before that, Jason spent 10+ years with GE in various roles from CFO at GE Clinical Services, GM of Greater Chins GSO, to BD manager within the Corporate M&A team.
Jason has successfully built up DIH from scratch to a leading brand within the healthcare industry and attracted a passionate global team and partners with shared interests and dedication. As a recognized leader, he has won multiple awards, such as China Economy Figure, Leader of China’s AI Industry, Top 10 Leaders of China’s Health Industry Reform, etc. Jason holds an Executive Master from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, an MBA from CEIBS, plus a fellowship at London Business School.
Lynden Bass
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Bass has served as Chief Financial Officer of DIH since March 2023. Previously, she assisted DIH on an outside consultant basis from January 2023 to officially joining DIH.

From September 2019 through September 2022, Ms. Bass served as Vice President and Controller for Rather Outdoors Corporation, a privately-owned wholesaler and manufacturer. From September 2016 through May 2019, Ms. Bass was Chief Financial Officer of NaturChem Inc. Prior to these roles, she served as the Corporate Controller for Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. a publicly traded real estate investment trust and began her career within the audit and assurance practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP, out of Atlanta, Georgia office. Ms. Bass holds a BBA in Accounting from Harding University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Georgia.

Prior to DIH, he was the Integration Manager, General Manager, Sales Director at Qiagen where he led global key account and commercialization strategies. Before that, he was with Siemens Healthcare where he held the position of CEO, Switzerland and has also held the position of Head of Product Management at Roche Diagnostic. Patrick has played an instrumental role in driving rapid organic growth at DIH by leveraging his commercial expertise and drive. Patrick holds a BBA, GSBA Zürich (Switzerland), a Microbiology University of Innsbruck (Austria) and a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Bologna (Italy).

Dietmar has over 25 years of experience in operational transformation across highly regulated industries, including healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, aviation, pharma, and automotive, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency and driving sustainable growth.

Prior to joining DIH, Dietmar held C-level positions at multiple companies, including CEO of Videojet Technologies in Switzerland, part of the Danaher Group, where he learned and applied the Danaher Business System. He also served as a Partner at Big4 Management Consulting and a Lean Sensei at Sonova and Roche Diagnostics. At Air New Zealand, Dietmar led a Lean transformation, contributing to tripling the company’s value over three years. He has also integrated newly acquired companies, enhancing productivity and building synergies. Dietmar holds a Board of Director Diploma from IMD Lausanne, an Executive MBA from the University of Würzburg together with Boston University and Florida Gulf Coast University, and a Computer Science Degree from the University of Furtwangen.

Thomas Kunzli
Chief Technology Officer
After seven years with Muller Martini AG, Thomas joined DIH (Hocoma) to lead software development and innovation project management. During his tenure with Hocoma, Thomas spent nine years in leadership positions that include the Head of Software Development and Head of Development. Subsequently, Thomas held the position of DIH VP of Global R&D for two and a half years and, in 2021, was named the Chief Technology Officer for DIH. Thomas has an Engineer FH, computer science degree, and an Executive MBA in Leadership & Corporate Management CAS in Innovation Management.
