Jason has 20+ years of global leadership & business development experience within the Healthcare industry.
CEO/CFO, Chairman of the Board
Prior to DIH, Jason was Global Senior VP at Cardinal Health and President of Asia, where he led its global strategic sourcing initiatives & Asia-wide businesses & operations. Before that, Jason spent 10+ years with GE in various roles from CFO at GE Clinical Services, GM of Greater Chins GSO, to BD manager within the Corporate M&A team. Jason has successfully built up DIH from scratch to a leading brand within the healthcare industry and attracted a passionate global team and partners with shared interests and dedication. As a recognized leader, he has won multiple awards, such as China Economy Figure, Leader of China’s AI Industry, Top 10 Leaders of China’s Health Industry Reform, etc. Jason holds an Executive Master from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, an MBA from CEIBS, plus a fellowship at London Business School.
Patrick has 20+ years of global sales & leadership experience within the healthcare industry.
Chief Market Officer, Hospital & Clinical BU
Prior to DIH, he was the Integration Manager, General Manager, Sales Director at Qiagen where he led global key account and commercialization strategies. Before that, he was with Siemens Healthcare where he held the position of CEO, Switzerland and has also held the position of Head of Product Management at Roche Diagnostic. Patrick has played an instrumental role in driving rapid organic growth at DIH by leveraging his commercial expertise and drive. Patrick holds a BBA, GSBA Zürich (Switzerland), a Mag. rer. nat., Microbiology University of Innsbruck (Austria) and a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Bologna (Italy).
During his 10+ years at Motek/DIH Frans has been bridging Motek’s technology platform with the various markets.
Global VP Research Solutions, Research BU
Frans was trained as a Physical Therapist and holds a master’s in Human Movement Sciences from the VU University, Amsterdam (the Netherlands). He holds a PhD in Clinical Biomechanics from the Graduate School of Medicine of the University of Leiden (the Netherlands), departments of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation Medicine. At DIH, he has managed several innovative product developments, led international research consortia and established a renowned network of researchers and clinicians supporting global market development for the Motek brand. In 2020 Frans was named VP Research Solutions for DIH.
Andres has 10+ years Management Consulting and General Management experience in both public and private sectors.
Senior Director International Direct Sales
Prior to DIH, Andres was the Controlling Director at the Ministry of Finance in Chile, integrating 13 public agencies like Customs, IRS, Treasury, and others. Before that, he performed as Strategy Consultant at Accenture. Andres joined DIH in 2016, starting at Hocoma AG in Zürich as Head of Sales Clinic Market, then rapidly taking the lead of the LATAM Hub in Santiago de Chile in 2017 and since 2021 has been responsible for the Direct Market in Germany. Andres holds a M.Eng. degree from the Universidad of Chile and an MBA from IMD
(Switzerland). Andres stands out for his commitment to projects and work teams, high adaptability in the face of new challenges and his ability to identify opportunities for improvement through strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
Patrick has 25+ years of global logistics & leadership experience in various industries and joined DIH to consolidate the global supply chain.
Global VP Supply chain
Prior to DIH, he was responsible for equipment importation for the BMW plants in North China, one of the most advanced and biggest plants globally from BMW. Patrick lived and worked in China for 4.5 years. Prior to this role, he was head of export and transportation for several companies. Patrick lectures in the field of logistics & transportation and provides external training. He has built up the global order fulfillment team at DIH and enabled and professionalized the setup in terms of global transportation at
manufacturers Hocoma and Motek and the regions. Since 1st of October 2020, he has been responsible for the global supply chain where he has built up more competencies in order to strengthen and streamline the global operations.
Marco has +20 years of experience as International Senior Executive within the Healthcare Market.
Global VP Customer Success
Marco joined DIH after 2 decades of experience as International Senior Executive in Multinational Companies such as Siemens and GE within the Healthcare Market. The last 4 years were spent at Siemens as Global Technical Support Manager and APAC Key Account Manager where he was responsible for managing a specialized team for the Global Technical support for the Magnetic Resonance and for delivering customer service solutions in more than 200 countries worldwide. Marco holds a bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering from the University of Rio De Janeiro and speaks fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish. He also has advanced knowledge of German.
Vinayak has 16+ years of proven experience in the Service and support department within the IT and Health care industry.
Global Head Technical Support, Research BU
Prior to joining Motek (DIH), he was associated with Global brands like DELL, EMC2 & iGATE solutions, managing their technical service and support department while also driving high customer satisfaction in multiple countries. He played an instrumental role in building the team by training and mentoring new talent. At Motek, he has managed the technical support department for research products. He has been a part of the core team for the implementation of the CRM/ERP system. Before starting his role as Global Head of Technical Support, he managed the product support for HocoNet (cloud product). He completed his education at the University of Mumbai, India.
Jens joined DIH after 11 years with Alstom/GE in various roles within finance covering most operational areas of finance.
Global VP Finance and Accounting
Prior to this, Jens held various FP&A and Controller positions in the automotive and the ITC industry. In his career, Jens has provided crosscountry finance leadership and provided leadership during organizational restructuring projects as well as during implementation of new accounting standards and ERP tools. At DIH, Jens has been a key player in realigning the finance organization to better support the management and the operational business at DIH. Jens has a master’s degree in Business Science and Economics from the Copenhagen Business School.
LaTonya has 35 years of corporate experience leading global teams across various industries including consumer, healthcare, logistics and clean energy.
Global VP, FP & A and Commercial Finance & Operation
LaTonya has held leadership roles in finance, supply chain and operations at Motorola and General Electric. She has also served as the change management leader for Brambles’ global finance transformation initiatives in Asia, Europe, Australia, North and Latin America. LaTonya earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in accounting from Nova Southeastern University. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She also studied commercial strategy at Northwestern University and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Programme at INSEAD University in Fountainbleu, France.
Bettina has 10+ years of experience in neurorehabilitation and clinical research in academic, clinical and industry settings.
Global Head of Clinical and Scientific Affairs
Bettina joined DIH as Global Head of Clinical and Scientific Affairs in 2021. Prior to DIH, she was the Head of Research and Development at one of our customers in Germany for 7 years, where she was developing new therapy approaches for inpatient neurorehabilitation and ran clinical research, including big data analyses on rehabilitation outcomes. She also has over twelve years of working experience as an academic neuroscientific researcher at several top European Universities and has authored over 30 scientific publications.
Bettina holds a habilitation in Psychology from University of Dusseldorf, a PhD in Experimental Psychology from University of Cambridge, and a Master of Science in Psychology/Neuropsychology from University of Zurich.

After seven years with Muller Martini AG, Thomas joined DIH (Hocoma) to lead software development and innovation project management. During his tenure with Hocoma, Thomas spent nine years in leadership positions that include the Head of Software Development and Head of Development. Subsequently, Thomas held the position of DIH VP of Global R&D for two and a half years and, in 2021, was named the Chief Technology Officer for DIH. Thomas has an Engineer FH, computer science degree, and an Executive MBA in Leadership & Corporate Management CAS in Innovation Management.
